The Signature Travel Network randomly solicits clients for feedback. This client recently took her family to Disneyland to celebrate Halloween.
A librarian colleague asked me to plan their Disneyland trip. It was successful enough that her Southern Caifornian friends wanted a copy of the itinerary I had prepared.
MouseEarVacations requires all of their agents to annually renew their CDK certification so that we have current knowledge of Disney vacation products and services. It has become one of my New Year’s traditions.
Most travel suppliers offer an agent education program and as part of my work with the Signature Travel Network, agents are strongly encouraged to complete a number of these. Holland American Line is based in Seattle and is one of the largest operators of mid-size cruise ships (offering cruises worldwide). Their Seattle departures include itineraries to Alaska, Hawaii and the North American West Coast.
